Les effets ont \u00e9t\u00e9 imm\u00e9diats. Nous avons re\u00e7u sur le site de l\u2019Ugict-CGT 50 fois plus de demandes d\u2019adh\u00e9sion en trois jours qu\u2019en p\u00e9riode ordinaire. Preuve s\u2019il en fallait que donner de la visibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 notre outil sp\u00e9cifique permet de se renforcer. C\u2019est la d\u00e9monstration dont nous avons besoin pour porter \u00e0 la connaissance des salari\u00e9\u00b7es ICTAM l\u2019existence de l\u2019Ugict-CGT. Nous appelons l\u2019ensemble des organisations de la CGT \u00e0 se d\u00e9ployer vers les ICTAM dans leur entreprise ou leur administration pour leur ouvrir en grand les portes de la CGT et \u00e0 construire des outils sp\u00e9cifiques pour s\u2019organiser.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a remise de ch\u00e8que symbolique \u00e0 l\u2019assembl\u00e9e nationale d\u00e9montrant que l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle permettrait de r\u00e9soudre le d\u00e9ficit invoqu\u00e9 par le gouvernement pour justifier sa r\u00e9forme des retraites. Ce ch\u00e8que va d\u00e9sormais voyager dans toute la France. Plut\u00f4t que d\u2019imposer une r\u00e9forme violente pour les salari\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s et notamment les femmes, r\u00e9soudre les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s professionnelles entre les femmes et les hommes est la solution pour financer notre syst\u00e8me de retraite\u00a0!<\/p>\n<div>Un kit d\u2019action sera mis \u00e0 votre disposition en d\u00e9but de semaine pour pouvoir dupliquer l\u2019initiative sur votre territoire.
