En cible est propos\u00e9 un syst\u00e8me universel, fonctionnant <strong>\u00e0 cotisations d\u00e9finies et par points<\/strong>, inspir\u00e9 du r\u00e9gime unique de retraite compl\u00e9mentaire AGIRC\/ARRCO n\u00e9 de l\u2019accord du 17 novembre 2017.\u00a0Son \u00e9quilibre financier reposera donc sur la baisse des retraites, par rapport aux salaires et aussi en montant, \u00a0<strong>pour les retrait\u00e9s d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui et de demain.<\/strong> <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ugict.cgt.fr\/ugict\/formation\/stage-retraite\">Formons-nous pour riposter\u00a0!<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Etre responsable UGICT-CGT &#8211;
