Cela peut conduire \u00e0 culpabiliser le salari\u00e9, avec le risque de sous-\u00e9valuation du travail r\u00e9alis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est pourquoi l\u2019Ugict-CGT est oppos\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation de ce dispositif. Car d\u2019une mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, l\u2019auto- \u00e9valuation nuit \u00e0 l\u2019objectivit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9valuation du travail et \u00e0 un dialogue manager\/manag\u00e9 bas\u00e9 sur la confiance.<\/p>\n<p>&gt; Le jugement suivant est un point d\u2019appui pour refuser d\u2019utiliser l\u2019auto-\u00e9valuation\u2028\u00ab Que ce dispositif contrevient encore aux dispositions de l\u2019article L 1222-2 du Code du travail en ce que l\u2019auto-\u00e9valuation du salari\u00e9 ne fait pas partie des informations qui pr\u00e9sentent \u00ab un lien direct et n\u00e9cessaire avec l\u2019\u00e9valuation de ses aptitudes \u00bb ni ne \u00ab peut avoir comme finalit\u00e9 d\u2019appr\u00e9cier ses aptitudes professionnelles \u00bb. Cnil n\u00b0 2005-02, 13 janv. 2005, norme 46). <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les progiciels RH qui int\u00e8grent les entretiens d\u2019\u00e9valuation sont, en r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale<br \/>\n\u2022 Pas ma\u00eetris\u00e9s par les managers, faute notamment de formation;<br \/>\n\u2022 Inadapt\u00e9s, car con\u00e7us suivant des formats informatiques r\u00e9ducteurs qui privent les participants de marges de man\u0153uvre pour son d\u00e9roulement et sa retranscription.<\/p>\n<p>Ces outils p\u00e9nalisent la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9change manager\/manag\u00e9 en devenant une fin et non le moyen. Il s\u2019agit de les marginaliser le plus possible afin de centrer le contenu de l\u2019\u00e9change sur l\u2019\u00e9valuation du travail dans sa dimension compl\u00e8te.
