D\u00e9but 2012, la DRH a inform\u00e9 que pour 2012 le taux passait \u00e0 75\u00a0% et l\u2019arr\u00eat\u00e9 du 13\/02\/2012 fixe le taux \u00e0 50\u00a0% pour 2013 et 2014. Sans v\u00e9ritables justifications, les personnels ne comprennent pas ce nouveau frein au d\u00e9roulement de leur carri\u00e8re au sein du MEDDE\/METL\u00a0:<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Les promotions prononc\u00e9es depuis la cr\u00e9ation du corps des CR ont \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9es par le Comit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00c9valuation des charg\u00e9s de recherche et directeurs de recherche du MEDDE\/METL, apr\u00e8s examen du parcours scientifique des promouvables.
