Et la queue est longue&#8230;<\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Les r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations ont peu \u00e9volu\u00e9 pour la plupart mais le d\u00e9roulement de carri\u00e8re s\u2019est allong\u00e9. On attend plus longtemps pour gagner pareil\u00a0!<!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Comme si ces d\u00e9savantages statutaires ne suffisaient pas, la DRH y a ajout\u00e9 des \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e8gles de gestion\u00a0\u00bb pour accro\u00eetre la s\u00e9lection en mati\u00e8re de promotion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Ainsi d\u00e9sormais, pour \u00eatre promue classe exceptionnelle, en plus de remplir les crit\u00e8res statutaires (\u00eatre au 6\u00e8me \u00e9chelon de la classe sup\u00e9rieure et depuis au moins 5 ans en cat\u00e9gorie B), la DRH invente un nouveau crit\u00e8re, en l\u2019occurence 10 ans dans le corps des SA et 5 ans en Classe Sup\u00e9rieure\u00a0!! <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Ce qui veut dire que des agents propos\u00e9s n\u00b0 1 par leur service en 2012 sont \u00e9limin\u00e9s s\u2019ils ne remplissent pas ces nouveaux crit\u00e8res arbitraires ou encore que ceux qui n\u2019avaient pu avoir leur promotion car class\u00e9s trop loin seront \u00e9limin\u00e9s avec ces nouvelles r\u00e8gles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">L&rsquo;administration introduit deux nouveaut\u00e9s : le tableau d&rsquo;avancement \u00abclassique\u00bb et le tableau d&rsquo;avancement pour \u00abretraitables\u00bb pour les 2\u00e8me et 3\u00e8me niveaux. Mais il s&rsquo;agit surtout de combiner la faiblesse des postes de promotion avec une gestion \u00ab\u00a0au profil\u00a0\u00bb et des parcours professionnels encadr\u00e9s.
