Alors que les femmes sont plus dipl\u00f4m\u00e9es que les hommes, que 6 lois successives ont affirm\u00e9 le principe de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale, il y a toujours 27% d\u2019\u00e9cart salarial entre les femmes et les hommes. Pire, cet \u00e9cart est stable depuis 20 ans.<!--more--><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Cette discrimination est encore aggrav\u00e9e en mati\u00e8re de retraite, la pension des femmes est inf\u00e9rieure de 40% en moyenne \u00e0 celle des hommes.<\/p>\n<p>La CGT consid\u00e8re donc que cette loi doit enfin faire de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle une r\u00e9alit\u00e9, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019engagement du premier ministre en cl\u00f4ture de la conf\u00e9rence sociale.<\/p>\n<p>Garantir l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale\u2026 Les dispositions pr\u00e9vues par le projet de loi ne sont malheureusement pas \u00e0 la hauteur des engagements. La CGT a donc adress\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des parlementaires ses propositions en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle. La CGT se f\u00e9licite de recevoir un d\u00e9but d\u2019\u00e9coute de la part de s\u00e9natrices et s\u00e9nateurs, de diverses sensibilit\u00e9s, qui ont fait part de leur intention de d\u00e9poser de nombreux amendements. Ceux-ci porteraient en particulier sur\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Le conditionnement des exon\u00e9rations fiscales et sociales dont b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient les entreprises au respect de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale,<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; La p\u00e9nalisation des entreprises qui n\u2019ont pas \u00e9tabli de Rapport de Situation Compar\u00e9 entre les femmes et les hommes (seules 43% des entreprises ont un RSC alors qu\u2019il est obligatoire),<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Des mesures pour encadrer les temps partiels, exerc\u00e9s majoritairement par des femmes,<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; L\u2019acc\u00e8s facilit\u00e9 aux titres de s\u00e9jour pour les femmes victimes de violences,<\/p>\n<p>La CGT sera particuli\u00e8rement vigilante et active tout au long du d\u00e9bat parlementaire pour que ces engagements aillent \u00e0 leur terme. La CGT continuera en parall\u00e8le, lors du d\u00e9bat \u00e0 l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e Nationale \u00e0 interpeller les d\u00e9put\u00e9s sur ses propositions, notamment en mati\u00e8re de ren\u00e9gociation des classifications.<\/p>\n<p>\u2026Pour garantir l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de retraite Le projet de r\u00e9forme des retraites ne permet pas de lutter contre les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de retraite(1) . Pire, en pr\u00e9voyant d\u2019allonger la dur\u00e9e de cotisation, ce projet p\u00e9nalisera d\u2019abord les femmes. La CGT rappelle ses revendications, notamment\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>La CGT rappelle ses revendications, notamment sur\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; La surcotisation des emplois \u00e0 temps partiel, pour permettre qu\u2019ils ouvrent les m\u00eames droits \u00e0 retraite que les temps pleins,<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; La remise en cause des dispositions pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes qui ont particuli\u00e8rement p\u00e9nalis\u00e9 les femmes (en particulier le report des bornes d\u2019\u00e2ge de 65 \u00e0 67 ans, la d\u00e9cote et le calcul des pensions sur les 25 meilleures ann\u00e9es),<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Le droit \u00e0 la retraite \u00e0 taux plein d\u00e8s 60 ans,<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; La revalorisation des minima de pension,<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; L\u2019am\u00e9lioration des droits familiaux.<\/p>\n<p>La persistance d\u2019in\u00e9galit\u00e9s entre les femmes et les hommes est inacceptable. La CGT rappelle d\u2019ailleurs que l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale est aussi une ressource\u00a0: payer les femmes au m\u00eame niveau que les hommes permettrait de d\u00e9gager 10 milliards d\u2019euros suppl\u00e9mentaires pour les caisses de retraite d\u2019ici \u00e0 2020.<\/p>\n<p>La CGT mettra tout en \u0153uvre pour que l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 soit trait\u00e9e en terme d\u2019enjeu fondamental de soci\u00e9t\u00e9.
