Il \u00e9largit le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre des b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires potentiels du versement d\u2019IHTS \u00e0 la fois \u00e0 tous les grades des corps concern\u00e9s (ce qui n\u2019\u00e9tait pas le cas pour l\u2019ancien corps de contr\u00f4leurs des TPE ) ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 de nouveaux corps de cat\u00e9gorie B et C. Il repr\u00e9sente en ce sens une avanc\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Pour autant ce texte n\u2019est pas satisfaisant en l\u2019\u00e9tat. En effet celui-ci liste de fa\u00e7on restrictive les fonctions \u00e9ligibles pour chacun de ces corps et du fait que ces fonctions sont parfois assur\u00e9es par des agents d\u2019autres corps. C\u2019est ainsi qu\u2019une majorit\u00e9 de TSDD ne pourra pas en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier. Les conditions d\u2019attribution pour d\u2019autres corps, \u00e0 l\u2019image de celui des SACDD, sont si restrictives que seule une petite minorit\u00e9 pourra y pr\u00e9tendre.
