Aussi le pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, dans <a class=\"spip_out\" href=\"http:\/\/www.equipement.cgt.fr\/IMG\/pdf\/2_cycles_mobilite_courriersg_aux_agents_04072016.pdf\">la note jointe du 4 juillet 2016<\/a>, a indiqu\u00e9 que les dates d\u2019affectation effective seraient \u00ab\u00a0assouplies\u00a0\u00bb.
