Le renforcement de la CGT dans les entreprises ou administrations o\u00f9 elle est d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sente, le d\u00e9ploiement de la CGT l\u00e0 o\u00f9 elle est absente, notamment dans les TPE\/PME, mais aussi dans des \u00e9tablissements compos\u00e9s uniquement de cadres, la mise en concurrence des territoires facilit\u00e9e par la loi NOTRe, doivent amener la CGT \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir aux diff\u00e9rentes formes d\u2019organisation en ad\u00e9quation avec la situation professionnelle ou territoriale et gommer les d\u00e9serts syndicaux li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019absence de syndicats de proximit\u00e9 aptes \u00e0 accueillir des syndiqu\u00e9s \u00e9pars.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

L\u2019ensemble de ces r\u00e9flexions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en d\u00e9bat lors d’une\u00a0rencontre nationale des syndicats qui s\u2019est tenue le 20 octobre 2016. Echanges d’exp\u00e9riences de d\u00e9ploiement et de syndicalisation, enseignements tir\u00e9s des \u00e9checs comme des r\u00e9ussites, ont permis de d\u00e9finir les moyens de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette question : comment la CGT peut elle \u00eatre au plus pr\u00e8s des salari\u00e9s ?<\/p>\n
