Loin de r\u00e9aliser l\u2019objectif officiel de les homog\u00e9n\u00e9iser, il p\u00e9rennise des diff\u00e9rences d\u2019application et de montants, \u00e9normes entre les minist\u00e8res. Et le n\u00f4tre est particuli\u00e8rement p\u00e9nalis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Contexte\u00a0: la DRH attend 9 mois pour entamer une \u00ab\u00a0concertation\u00a0\u00bb et d\u00e9clare qu\u2019il est trop tard pour changer quoi que ce soit de substantiel \u00e0 son projet car la note doit \u00eatre finalis\u00e9e pour la fin du mois afin qu\u2019elle puisse s\u2019appliquer pour la derni\u00e8re paye de l\u2019ann\u00e9e\u00a0! De plus, cette note a vocation \u00e0 devenir p\u00e9renne.
