{"id":4233,"date":"2018-09-18T21:23:24","date_gmt":"2018-09-18T19:23:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ofict.reference-syndicale.fr\/?p=3871"},"modified":"2020-10-21T09:32:35","modified_gmt":"2020-10-21T07:32:35","slug":"protocole-sur-legalite-professionnelle-femmes-hommes-communique-intersyndical","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/syndicoop.fr\/ofict\/protocole-sur-legalite-professionnelle-femmes-hommes-communique-intersyndical\/","title":{"rendered":"Protocole sur l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle femmes-hommes : communiqu\u00e9 intersyndical"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"surlignable\">\n<div class=\"texte\">\n<p>Suite \u00e0 la r\u00e9union du 10 juillet, conclusive d\u2019un cycle de concertation visant \u00e0 formaliser un projet d\u2019accord sur l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle au sein des MTES et MCT, les organisations syndicales se sont exprim\u00e9es unanimement pour d\u00e9plorer le peu de prise en compte des propositions avanc\u00e9es pour r\u00e9duire les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s salariales et obtenir des avanc\u00e9es r\u00e9elles vers l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle femmes \/ hommes.<\/p>\n<p>Les organisations syndicales tiennent \u00e0 relever d\u2019embl\u00e9e que la lettre de mission de la Haute Fonctionnaire \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 ne leur a toujours pas \u00e9t\u00e9 communiqu\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Quant au projet de protocole transmis par la Haute Fonctionnaire en vue de la r\u00e9union du vendredi 14 septembre, force est de constater que, malgr\u00e9 quelques progr\u00e8s et l\u2019affichage d\u2019une bonne volont\u00e9, ce document demeure insuffisant pour constituer une base de n\u00e9gociation\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>il ne tire pas suffisamment le bilan des insuffisances de r\u00e9sultats de la charte 2014 \u2013 2017\u00a0;<br class=\"autobr\" \/>il ne reprend pas les propositions incontournables formul\u00e9es par les organisations syndicales\u00a0;<br class=\"autobr\" \/>il ne dit rien sur les arbitrages budg\u00e9taires li\u00e9s \u00e0 la politique d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle de nos minist\u00e8res\u00a0;<br class=\"autobr\" \/>il est flou sur la question de la gouvernance\u00a0; <br class=\"autobr\" \/>il s\u2019av\u00e8re confus dans la forme, m\u00e9langeant engagements et mode d\u2019actions.<\/p>\n<p>Les organisations syndicales ont donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de ne pas participer \u00e0 la r\u00e9union du 14 septembre, refusant un semblant de n\u00e9gociation. Elles appellent nos minist\u00e8res \u00e0 retravailler leurs engagements et leurs propositions afin de s\u2019attaquer au c\u0153ur des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s et des discriminations. Elles demandent que le projet de protocole s\u2019engage \u00e0\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>1. faire de la revalorisation des m\u00e9tiers et fili\u00e8res \u00e0 pr\u00e9dominance f\u00e9minine un axe fort de sa politique d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle\u00a0;<br class=\"autobr\" \/>2. construire un v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9roulement de carri\u00e8re pour les cat\u00e9gories d\u2019agents les plus pr\u00e9caires, o\u00f9 les femmes sont sur-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es\u00a0;<br class=\"autobr\" \/>3. lutter contre toute individualisation des r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations, source constat\u00e9e d\u2019in\u00e9galit\u00e9s salariales, et lancer une op\u00e9ration de reconstruction de carri\u00e8re et de compensation des discriminations salariales\u00a0;<br class=\"autobr\" \/>4. neutraliser effectivement les effets des cong\u00e9s maternit\u00e9, cong\u00e9s aff\u00e9rents \u00e0 la grossesse, cong\u00e9s parentaux et toutes absences li\u00e9es \u00e0 la grossesse et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation des enfants sur les carri\u00e8res\u00a0;<br class=\"autobr\" \/>5. favoriser l\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie personnelle pour tou.te.s les agen.te.s (semaine de 4 jours, t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, droit \u00e0 la d\u00e9connexion, etc.)\u00a0;<br class=\"autobr\" \/>6. d\u00e9velopper l\u2019action sociale pour renforcer les dispositifs d\u2019aide \u00e0 la garde des enfants et accompagner les agent.e.s victimes de violences\u00a0;<br class=\"autobr\" \/>7.
