Vous devrez rester vigilantes votre vie durant\u00a0<\/em>\u00bb Simone de Beauvoir<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ce que nous retenons de l\u2019intervention de la DRH\u00a0:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>3 facteurs impactent l\u2019in\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale femme \/ homme\u00a0: le temps de travail, l\u2019anciennet\u00e9, les fonctions exerc\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Le Temps non complet (249 agents) et Temps partiel (100) repr\u00e9sentent un diff\u00e9rentiel de 21 points en mati\u00e8re de salaire.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>L\u2019intervention de la CGT et de l\u2019UFICT-CGT\u00a0:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Il s\u2019agit l\u00e0 d\u2019un document pertinent qui brosse un constat que nous partageons.<\/p>\n<p>En termes de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, l\u2019\u00e9cart salarial h \/ F, le plus fort est de 10,8%. Chez les contractuels le d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre est moins prononc\u00e9, avec au maximum 6,6%.<\/p>\n<p>Le GR est donc en dessous de l\u2019\u00e9cart salarial H\/F dans la FP qui est de 19%.<\/p>\n<p>Nous observons un tr\u00e8s fort d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre sur le grade d\u2019Ing\u00e9nieur en chef au d\u00e9triment des femmes<\/p>\n<p>Au GR, 65% des contractuels sont des femmes, 67% dans la FP.<\/p>\n<p>Au GR, 94% des Temps Non Complets sont des femmes<\/p>\n<p>Au GR 93% des TNC et des Temps partiels sont des femmes contre 82% dans la FP. Nous sommes donc au-dessus de la moyenne nationale.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eame si le document r\u00e9pond \u00e0 trame pr\u00e9format\u00e9e, il serait int\u00e9ressant pour compl\u00e9ter le tableau g\u00e9n\u00e9ral par le montant des pensions lors du d\u00e9part \u00e0 la retraite. Pour rappel, le montant moyen de la pension de retraite dans la FPT est de 950 \u20ac pour une femme de cat\u00e9gorie C.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons particuli\u00e8rement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 en page 23 le constat fait par la DRH que les contractuels sont bien moins r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s que les titulaires. Loi FP.<\/p>\n<p>Nous constatons que les mesures en direction des agents du GR ne sont pas suffisantes. La partie du document qui est consacr\u00e9e est trop l\u00e9g\u00e8re avec seulement 2 pages sur 33.<\/p>\n<h2>La CGT et l\u2019UFICT CGT aspirent \u00e0 un plan global, holistique et structurel concernant\u00a0:<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Le recrutement<\/li>\n<li>La mixit\u00e9 des emplois<\/li>\n<li>La formation<\/li>\n<li>Les agents non titulaires<\/li>\n<li>Le d\u00e9roulement de carri\u00e8re<\/li>\n<li>La revalorisation des emplois et fili\u00e8res \u00e0 pr\u00e9dominances f\u00e9minine<\/li>\n<li>La suppression des \u00e9carts de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration<\/li>\n<li>Les conditions de travail<\/li>\n<li>Les agents \u00e0 TNC ou TP<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019articulation entre activit\u00e9 professionnelle et vie personnelle<\/li>\n<li>Le combat contre les violences sexistes et sexuelles<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>A cet effet, nous proposons un groupe de travail DRH \u2013 CT \/ CHSCT sur ce sujet.
