Les violences sexistes et sexuelles sont aussi inflig\u00e9es \u00e0 toutes celles et ceux qui refusent l\u2019assignation \u00e0 leur genre\u00a0et p\u00e9nalisent \u00e9galement les personnes en raison de leurs orientations sexuelles, quel que soit le sexe.<\/p>\n<p>La mise en place de mesures de pr\u00e9vention et de protection des victimes est donc indispensable pour garantir un environnement de travail sans violences. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une responsabilit\u00e9 directe de l\u2019employeur car elle s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre de son obligation de moyens renforc\u00e9e en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Au-del\u00e0 de cette consid\u00e9ration, la mise en place d\u2019un environnement de travail sans violences n\u00e9cessite la mobilisation et la vigilance de tout le collectif de travail.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\">Salari\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s en responsabilit\u00e9, nous sommes directement concern\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s par cette question. D\u2019abord parce que nous pouvons \u00eatre amen\u00e9.e\u00b7s \u00e0 superviser le travail d\u2019autres et \u00e0 encadrer des \u00e9quipes, et que nous avons de ce point de vue-l\u00e0 des responsabilit\u00e9s particuli\u00e8res. Au-del\u00e0, encadrant.e.s ou non, nous avons, par notre travail, un impact particulier sur les autres salari\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s et sur les client\u00b7e\u00b7s et usager\u00b7\u00e8re\u00b7s. Nous pouvons donc jouer un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant pour faire dispara\u00eetre les violences. Enfin, nous pouvons aussi bien s\u00fbr \u00eatre confront\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s \u00e0 ces violences. Les chiffres montrent d\u2019ailleurs que parmi les salari\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s, ce sont les femmes cadres qui sont le plus nombreuses \u00e0 se dire victimes de sexisme, probablement parce qu\u2019elles exercent dans des secteurs avec plus de mixit\u00e9. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s3\">Loin de \u00ab\u00a0pulsions\u00a0\u00bb ou d\u2019actes de pervers isol\u00e9s, les violences contre les femmes sont au c\u0153ur des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s et des processus de domination et ont un impact sur les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s professionnelles\u00a0: comment avoir un d\u00e9roulement de carri\u00e8re quand des propos sexistes quotidiens visent \u00e0 remettre en cause le professionnalisme et \u00e0 saper toute confiance en soi\u00a0? Comment travailler dans un secteur \u00e0 pr\u00e9dominance masculine quand on ne s\u2019y sent pas en s\u00e9curit\u00e9\u00a0? Comment aborder sereinement sa maternit\u00e9 face \u00e0 des propos et des comportements sexistes au travail\u00a0? Comment m\u00eame conserver son travail, et son ind\u00e9pendance \u00e9conomique, quand s\u2019y rendre nous met en danger\u00a0? Que les violences aient lieu dans le cadre professionnel ou priv\u00e9, la responsabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019employeur est engag\u00e9e. <\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Ce guide, construit \u00e0 partir du
