Ce qui lui est reproch\u00e9\u00a0? D\u2019avoir \u00e9mis depuis plusieurs mois des alertes d\u00e9non\u00e7ant un climat sexiste et raciste dans l\u2019entreprise. Teldja, comme plusieurs autres salari\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s est victime de ces comportements. Rien ne lui est reproch\u00e9 sur son travail. <span id=\"more-7959\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Oui, incroyable mais malheureusement vrai. Au lieu de mettre un terme au sexisme et au racisme d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 par Teldja, au lieu de mettre en place, comme il en a la responsabilit\u00e9, une politique de pr\u00e9vention, le directeur du Carif-Oref a fait le choix de licencier la lanceuse d\u2019alerte\u00a0!
