LES PSYCHOLOGUES REFUSENT D\u2019\u00caTRE AUX ORDRES !<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n
Les psychologues se sont mobilis\u00e9.e.s le 23 mai. Une r\u00e9union publique \u00e0 la Bourse du Travail de Paris, \u00e0 l\u2019initiative de plusieurs organisations (CGT, FSU, FFPP et SFP) a rassembl\u00e9 de nombreux repr\u00e9sentant.e.s de la profession ainsi que des d\u00e9put\u00e9es (LFI et PS).<\/p>\n
Ils et elles d\u00e9noncent des salaires insuffisants et des conditions de travail qui les emp\u00eachent d\u2019exercer leur m\u00e9tier, ainsi que l\u2019affaiblissement des services publics et apparent\u00e9s o\u00f9 les psychologues sont de moins en moins nombreux. <\/strong><\/p>\nDes t\u00e9moignages convergent de tous les secteurs : h\u00f4pitaux, centres m\u00e9dico-psychologiques, maisons de retraite, \u00e9tablissements pour personnes en situation de handicap, aide sociale \u00e0 l\u2019enfance, pr\u00e9vention, protection maternelle infantile, insertion, Education nationale, Justice, MDPH… France-Travail d\u00e9nonce l\u2019impossibilit\u00e9 pour les psychologues d\u2019accompagner les personnes, au profit d\u2019une chasse aux ch\u00f4meurs facilit\u00e9e par l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux bases de donn\u00e9es de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 Sociale, de la CAF, etc… sans aucune confidentialit\u00e9.<\/p>\n
L\u2019ensemble de la profession exige une reconnaissance du m\u00e9tier de psychologue dans ses contextes sp\u00e9cifiques d\u2019exercice et du maintien de son ancrage en sciences humaines. <\/strong>Elle insiste sur l\u2019urgence de la revalorisation des salaires, la cr\u00e9ation de postes \u00e0 la hauteur des besoins, la fin de la pr\u00e9carisation et le refus de toute subordination m\u00e9dicale.<\/p>\nLes 24 syndicats et organisations professionnelles de psychologues qui ont construit et actualis\u00e9 le Code de D\u00e9ontologie des Psychologues <\/strong>depuis 1996 refusent la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un Ordre des Psychologues qui fait l\u2019objet d\u2019une nouvelle proposition de loi port\u00e9e par des d\u00e9put\u00e9s Renaissance. Ils revendiquent l\u2019application de leur Code de D\u00e9ontologie et la cr\u00e9ation du Comit\u00e9 National Consultatif de D\u00e9ontologie des Psychologues port\u00e9 coll\u00e9gialement par les organisations de psychologues. <\/strong>Ils d\u00e9fendent le libre choix de leurs outils et m\u00e9thodes, et la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019accueillir et d\u2019\u00e9couter la population.
